Aramark Refreshments provides office coffee and snacks, but what they are really selling is customer service. As the design lead for our digital marketing efforts, I tapped into the client’s desire to present a friendly and accessible feel in their customer-focused materials. We adopted an infographic style for email campaigns and downloadable web assets, infusing personality without straying too far from the larger corporate branding guidelines. For many of the pieces, I also provided marketing strategy to conceptualize and steer the content.
