Intuitive Surgical develops robotic surgical systems for minimally invasive surgeries. The training of doctors, nurses, and surgical staff to use the equipment is a significant part of Intuitive Surgical’s business and they hired our team to create a tablet-based app to help streamline the training process. The app replaces a series of paper manuals and is organized by personnel role in the operating theater. Procedural chapters walk through the step-by-step instructions, with opportunity to provide additional detail through photos, videos, and quizzes for comprehension.
